Support that makes you independent.
Most software keeps you paying forever. We do the opposite. Two weeks of go-live support are included. Then three months of handover support while your team learns to run it. Then it's yours, with no licence and no lock-in.
Go-live support
We watch it closely with your real volumes, fix anything that needs it, and tune it until it runs smoothly.
Handover support
Faults fixed with guaranteed response times, monthly results, and hands-on training so your team can run it.
You run it
Code, credentials and runbook are yours. Need us later? We're on call at £100 an hour.
Everything it takes to keep it running, and to hand it over.
Handover support covers up to two live processes for £1,000 a month. Each further process adds £500 a month.
Every fault fixed
If what we built doesn't do what your acceptance tests say it should, we fix it. No hour limit, because it's our work.
Always includedMonitoring and alerts
Daily health checks on the inbox, the queues and every connection. Problems are often spotted before your team notices them.
Always includedRenewals and updates
System sign-ins and certificates renewed before they expire, security patches applied, and newer AI models tested on your documents before we switch.
Always includedAccuracy checks
Every month we sample what the AI read and compare it with what actually happened, then adjust the rules where it's slipping.
MonthlyResults report
Volumes, the share fully automated, exceptions by reason, and hours and money saved against your audit baseline.
MonthlyQuarterly review
A 45-minute call with your finance lead: what it's delivered, what to improve, and what's worth automating next.
QuarterlySecurity checks
A quarterly review of who and what has access, and a check that the audit log is complete and kept as agreed.
QuarterlyChanges and questions
A new approver, a changed limit, a new chaser template, a how-to question. Up to six hours a month, then £100 an hour if agreed.
6 hours a monthHandover training
A three-month plan that takes your team from watching to running it, with a signed-off checklist at the end.
Three monthsGuaranteed response times, in writing.
Support runs Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30 UK time, excluding bank holidays. Requests come from your two named contacts, by email or a shared Teams channel.
| Priority | What it means | We respond within | Target to fix or work around |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1Stopped | Nothing is being processed, or wrong entries are being posted | 2 working hours | By the end of the next working day |
| 2Degraded | Some items are failing, or one part isn't working | 4 working hours | Within 3 working days |
| 3Request | A question, a minor issue or a change | 1 working day | Scheduled within 5 working days |
"Respond" means we've acknowledged the issue and started work on it. Changes by Sage, Xero, Microsoft or other vendors are covered up to one working day per incident.
Three months from watching to running it.
You name one person to learn it. They don't need to be a developer, just someone who'll own the process.
Learn it
A weekly 30-minute session through the runbook: how it works, how to read the log, how to pause it, and what each alert means.
Change it
Your person makes the routine changes, like approvers, limits and templates, in a simple settings screen while we review.
Run it
Your team handles a real alert with us on standby, then signs off the handover checklist. Alerts switch to your team.
Automating your next process?
Start it during handover support and the support fee is waived while we build it. You put that money into your next automation instead.
Need us after handover?
Call on us at £100 an hour, or switch handover support back on at £1,000 a month. Your choice, never a trap.
Clear, small and temporary.
Support is there to get you to independence, not to keep you paying.
- Covers up to two live processes. £500 a month for each further process.
- Three-month minimum, then monthly with 30 days' notice.
- Billed monthly in advance. Running costs for AI and hosting are paid directly in your own accounts.
- Two weeks of go-live support come first, included in the deployment.
Not included
- New processes, which are a new 30-Day Deployment
- Major changes, such as moving to a new accounting system or adding a company
- Out-of-hours support
- Running costs for AI and hosting
If something's outside support, we'll tell you before doing any work, and agree the cost first.
What finance leaders ask about support.
- Why only three months?
- Because the goal is for your team to run it. Three months is enough to train someone properly and see the automation through a full quarter-end.
- Do we need a developer to run it?
- Not for day-to-day running. Routine changes happen in a settings screen. If a code-level fix is ever needed and you don't have IT support, we're on call.
- What counts as a fault?
- The automation behaving differently from the acceptance tests you signed off. Faults are always fixed at no extra cost.
- What if Sage or Microsoft change something?
- We adapt to it, up to a working day per incident. Anything bigger, such as a system migration, we quote before starting.
- Can we stop support early?
- After the three-month minimum, yes, with 30 days' notice. You keep everything we built.
- What happens to our data when support ends?
- It stays where it's always been, in your own systems. Our access is removed and you confirm it in writing.
One process live in 30 days. Yours to run after that.
